First kittens of 2011

First kittens of 2011

Our first set of kittens for 2011 came into our care in May just two days before
going to new home. The photo shows the first meeting with Assepoes just before she is taken home.

Assepoes (pronounced ass er puss) which is a short version of the Dutch for
Cinderella and has a sparkly collar to match her name.

She seems to be settling in well and is inquisitive which I'm quite
surprised by as I thought she might hide away. She's even been purring away
on the window sill looking at what is going on.
